A molecular biologist shares his lifelong interest in how the brain sciences might influence the way people teach their children and the way they work. "Brain Rules" is one of the most . . . useful books of our time.
Great info on how our brains work and how we can improve our ability to work, learn and teach. Considering it was written by a developmental molecular biologist it is very easy to read and funny too.
This book taught me a lot about how the human brain works, many of the ideas totally new to me. I liked the way that each chapter dealt with one particular facet of brain operation, included stories.
